I see your point, i saw it from your first post.
You have to see mine; a goldseller isn't going to report their account banned for no reason.
It doesn't have to be an auto-ban, but I still don't see how someone can get accidentally banned for being a goldseller when they aren't in the same district as the people that are reporting. Second off, if a whole guild decides to be pissed at "jimmy" for quitting the guild and they all report him, well obviously it was false and that whole guild needs to be temp-banned. But it could put a huge flag on the report and send it straight to the top of the list which at that time it would be easy and fast to get them banned and out of here without being an auto-ban.

If they don't check before banning, they aren't going to check for false bans
If they do check for false bans, then they aren't saving any time by having an auto-ban system
This system gains nothing, zero, nada, useless, no point. But it does create PR problems and depending on how implemented could be a PR nightmare.
The only people that like the current report system are the people that don't really understand how it works. Those of us that have have been a part of it from both ends can tell you that it is a terrible system and any expansion upon it is a terrible idea.
Do you really think something as minor as this is going to stop goldsellers? Or do you not understand that the spam-bot accounts are not paid accounts but temporary or trial accounts, accounts with no value and losing them means nothing to goldsellers? Or is protecting your oh so valuable trade channel free from the ultra annoying goldseller spam (regular trade is certainly not annoying in the slightest, nope, not at all) worth creating an abusive system that goes against the base operating procedures for GM's and Support? Or is it that people can spend real money to get vanity items faster pisses you off that much that you become blind to everything else?

the first line you typed proved you don't read. wow.
a goldseller isnt going to report an account ban. A genuine account owner would. At which point a review of the ban would happen. Please read, the nice people all across the US pay taxes so you can go to school to learn how; I suggest you undertake the task.

Personally, I have to agree with RD, I would much rather have spammers which I can block out by turning off All Chat than have to UNBAN my account because some tards decides to report me.
I don't want a review of my ban when it happens, I never want it to happen in the first place.
